SIBLINGS: many MANY half siblings from her father. The ones she knows of are her brothers Frederick, Ryan, Ethan, Buddy, Drew, Zeke, Danny, Gerald, Vince, Patrick, and Harry. And her half sisters, Sandy, Alice, Carly, Samantha, Crystal, Roslyn, Virginia, Taylor, Jasmine, Sierra, and Jessie. And she's sure there are probably more. All of whom are from different mothers (except for Taylor, Sierra, and Harry. They are the only full siblings of one another that she is aware of) which is why they are only half siblings.

HOW WELL DO THEY GET ALONG: she doesn't speak to many of her siblings. But she still sends them, and her nieces and nephews Christmas/birthday cards most of the time containing gift cards. Not all the siblings know one another themselves and some have had problems on their lives thanks to their gigolo of a father. They also know that before his and his wife's tragic plane incident that Marie was without a doubt his favorite, her being the only child of his that he actually cared for her as a father should. He didn't even pay child support for the other children (except the ones from his high school sweet heart, Violet.) so for some, it strains their relationship with Marie. But being the friend she is, never has asked Marie to get rid of him and instead tolerates him, once on awhile mocking him. Ginger is the only person who knows Marie's secret identity.

HISTORY: she has known from an early age where she stood in Her family. Her father had many affairs, and many previous relationships all of them producing children starting from his first love, his high school sweet heart, Violet, when they were 18. He didn't like being safe, having a latex allergy. He only slept with disease-less women, so amazingly he actually did not get an STD but certainly has a few close calls, her father only had one wife who he really lived though, her mother. Which is why she was his favorite child, and the only one he dared to be a father to. Her mother had tried bringing herself to leave him, but stayed only for Marie's sake, knowing that she still loved her father. She was ten years old when her parents took a second honeymoon, their plane crashing. Unfortunately, Harry moved to Chicago after finishing college determined to watch over her. She continues her life as a superhero, and is well admired, often sleeping around as both "Pink Star" (men that she rescues) and Marie (men from work, bars) although she refuses to sleep with engaged or married men, (keeping her mother in mind) Making sure that none of her lovers cant see her tattoo so they cant identify her. She also sleeps with other superheroes. Like Mister Moscow (copyright Sierra Rose Fritz) who she is actually in love with, and had an affair with, but discovers his feelings for another and so ended their nights together and has never truly expressed her feelings for him, knowing he is in love with another girl... Crushing her. She has only two other serious people in her life, Cameron Simpson, her assistant, who is always there for her when she needs him. She is also in love with him, but has never slept with him, not willing to jeopardize the bond they have. Which is the same problem with her third love, Ginger. She is in love with her, but has never tried to make a move on her also afraid of ruining their friendship. Ginger is the only person who knows Marie's secret identity, tying them even closer to one another.
